The credit union needed to move to Microsoft 365, migrate its CRM and core financial systems, and build a secure document store where commercial clients could submit financial and regulatory disclosures.
Our Solution:
Members of our team led the program end to end over 18 months with 22 stakeholder groups, migrating more than 30 core systems, building secure repositories and upload portals, and training over 1,000 employees. A managed services team stayed in place.
