The Challenge:
The firm needed to migrate and rebuild core systems, including the global disclosure portals business clients use for quarterly compliance filings and the reporting interfaces securities regulators require.
Our Solution:
Members of our team led the program over 24 months, migrating 15 core banking systems, building secure document repositories, portals, security processes and analytics, and training more than 12,000 employees. A managed services team stayed in place.
